Sale Prices in Plymouth in April and May are selling for 99% of original List Price

Sellers are getting nearly all they are asking for based on our latest numbers.  These numbers reflect single family properties in Plymouth.  Going back to June of 2018, the Sale Price to Original Price Ratio has ranged from 93% in December and February up to 99% (in July of 2018, and now again in April and May of 2019).  This is another example of the strong position Sellers still find themselves in so far this spring.  We will see how June shakes out compared to last June when those numbers come in….Stay tuned…

Listings have been tracking at the last 2 year’s levels, according to our latest information (see below).  The last 3 years are still down from 2016, but up from 2015.  Sellers in the market are looking at similar competition from the last 2 years.  With higher List to Sale Price ratios over the last 2 months (as can be seen above), buyer demand is still there.  We will take a look further at that side of the equation in the next post.
