Median Sale Prices so far this year are up again...
Dog days of summer are upon us… Few interesting items to look at in the Plymouth, MA single-family housing market…
Although total sales are down Year to Date nearly 10%, Median Sale Prices are up to $395,000 this year vs. $375,500 in 2018 at this time (about a 5% increase).
Median Days on Market for sales is down to 35 days this year vs. 40 last year. Days to Offer is 18 days so far this year, down from 23 this time last year.
The Median Sale Price as % of List Price is 99.45%, up from last year. The Median Sale Price as % of Original List Price is at 98.57%; again, up about a ½ percent from last year.
Listings are up slightly this year at this time to 250 (we were at 242 this time last year). Year to date listings are at 792, up from 777 this time last year.
It is an absolutely terrific time to consider selling your home if you have been thinking about it. When you factor in the rate cuts announced a couple weeks ago by the Fed, it just sweetens the pot.
